Try it free first

The free plan exists so you can see exactly what BUILD IT produces before paying anything. We'd rather you try it than buy and wonder.

Cancel any time

Cancel from your dashboard ("Manage billing") whenever you like. You won't be charged again, you keep your paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for, and your saved projects stay in your account on the free plan.

First-payment guarantee

If a paid plan isn't what you expected, email support@custombuildit.com within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no questions, as long as you've generated no more than three projects on the plan. Refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Renewals

Renewal charges are not refundable, because you receive an email reminder before each renewal and can cancel in one click at any time before it. If we made a mistake — a double charge, a charge after you cancelled, a plan you didn't pick — tell us and we'll fix it and refund the difference.

Outages

If the Service is down for more than 24 hours in a row during your billing period, email us and we'll credit or refund that period.

How refunds are processed

Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the payment method you used. Any sales tax collected is refunded with the payment.
